Burlington Bypass
Racine and Walworth County, WI

Client/Owner: Wisconsin DOT
Kapur & Associates, Inc. is providing preliminary design, final design, environmental impact statement (EIS) preparation, public involvement, survey and right of way platting for this 12 mile bypass of the City of Burlington in southeast Wisconsin. The project includes 1 system interchange, 4 service interchanges; 4 grade separations, 3 river crossings and 1 railroad grade separation. Construction began in 2006 and is scheduled for completion by 2012.
