Highland Hills Estates

Highland Hills Estates is an upper-class residential development consisting of 87 single family lots lots spread across approximately 67 acres in the wonderfully rustic Town of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Each lot of spacious farmland is serviced by sewer, private wells, and an extended sewer service area. This project was challenged by the presence of an A.N.R. pipeline on site as well as the need for four separate storm water detention facilities.
