Northwestern Mutual Campus Phase II

Client/ Owner: Eppstein Uhen Architects / Northwestern Mutual

The second phase of the Northwestern Mutual development includes a second parking structure and new 350,000 s.f. office building for an additional 1,100 people. The civil engineering plans and specifications include site demolition, site paving, site grading, sanitary sewer, water main, erosion control, storm water management plan, agency coordination, and utility coordination. Kapur & Associates is working with the City of Franklin, MMSD, WDNR, and Milwaukee County to obtain approval of the development plans.
