Client / Owner: Eppstein Uhen Architects, Alverno College

Services for the Alverno College Campus included engineering design of campus roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, pedestrian plazas, a water main system, and sanitary and storm sewer systems. The project also included overall site grading, erosion control, and storm water management, including the submission of a Storm Water Management Plan to the City of Milwaukee. The design of an NCAA, Division III Soccer Field and an NCAA, Division III Softball Diamond was also included in the project. The soccer field included an extensive drain tile system and the softball diamond included special considerations for the infield surface mix and overall field drainage. A WDNR Wetland Permit was also prepared for the project.
