Kettle Lakes redevelopment

Kapur has been assisting the City of Plymouth with the redevelopment of the former Plymouth Feed Mill (Kettle Lakes Cooperative) property located at 219 Appleton Street in Plymouth. This site was vacated in 2001 and is located within a residential neighborhood. Kapur wrote and applied for a Wisconsin Department of Commerce Brownfield Grant in early 2005 to aid in the acquisition, asbestos abatement, and demolition of the property. The demolition was completed in 2005-2006 and construction began of a six-family and a two-family residential property. The developer expects to have full occupancy in early 2007.
