SeaPort-e Team
Kapur has selected an experienced team ready and willing to support the US Navy through SeaPort-e.
Tom Foht, P.E. is our US Navy Primary Contact and will be handling a communications and management of task orders. Tom has extensive experience on the public and private side of engineering and development projects and has served as City Engineer for various communities.
Kurt Farrenkopf, P.E. has been with Kapur for 22 years and is a Project Manager in the Civil Design Department. His responsibilities include Agency Coordination, Preliminary and Final Design and the preparation of Final Plans for various projects, including Site Design, Utility Design, Bicycle Facility Design, Highways, Streets, Buildings, and Bridges.
Paul Stankevich P.E. is a Project Manager in the Transportation Design Department and has been with Kapur for 21 years. His responsibilities include design and management of utility, street and highway construction and reconstruction projects.
Trish Hermann, CST has nine years of environmental experience managing environmental investigations and remediation projects. Related experience includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Action Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Field Sampling Plans, and Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Her field services include: site reconnaissance, soil and groundwater sampling, soil screening, remedial excavation oversight, remedial system installation oversight, field site health and safety officer, soil classification, and biological monitoring.
Dan Kucza, RLS, PLS is a Registered Land Surveyor that has been with Kapur for 14 years and is responsible for managing Infrastructure Modeling, HDS Scanning, BIM, Construction Layout, Topographic Survey, and Boundary Surveys.
