Kapur has been completing Phase I and II environmental site investigations, underground storage tank removal, site remediation, asbestos inspection and survey, preparation of asbestos and lead paint abatement and demolition bid specifications, oversight of demolition activities, Brownfield grant applications, and emergency response for over 22 years.

Kapur has provided environmental oversight at Miller Park, General Mitchell International Airport (for the new parking structure and concourse expansions), the new Riverfront development in Burlington, and the new Midwest Airlines maintenance hangar.
