Kapur specializes in natural resource issues as they relate to all construction projects, and we are CPESC (Certified Professional in Erosion Control and Sediment Control) accredited. Our team of professionals has varied experience including wetland delineation & design and permitting of lakeshore and stream bank improvements. We also serve our clients as an agency liaison (DNR, County, USACOE and EPA) and coordinator for various permitting and compliance issues related to the Clean Water Act.
Kapur has assisted communities across the region in the protection of some of our most valuable resources – waterways, wetlands, and adjoining environmentally sensitive areas. Our Environmental Compliance Specialists are available for environmental compliance inspections of municipal and private development construction projects, helping ensure “accidents” don’t happen that may impact our precious natural resources.
