Kapur & Associates, Inc., has been named "Best Places to Work" in Southeastern Wisconsin in Milwaukee Magazine and MRA - The Management Association's fourth annual study of workplace practices. In a related sidebar, Kapur & Associates, Inc. was also cited for creating a diverse workplace. The results of this rigorous and highly competitive selection process will be published in the February 2005 issue of Milwaukee Magazine.

This year, 10 large companies (501 or more employees), 10 medium-size companies (101-500 employees) and 10 small companies (100 or fewer employees) from the six-county area (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha) have been named Best Places Work. To be named on this exclusive list, firms were required to fill out an extensive online survey that asked some 500 detailed questions in nine different categories, including salary, training, turnover, benefits, perks, work-life balance, diversity, employee voice and community involvement. .
