Greenfield High School

All but a minor portion of the existing Greenfield High School building was demolished, and a new 210,000 sf building was added.
Civil engineering services for the 45-acre parcel included:
- 540-car Parking Lot
- Sanitary Sewer System & Storm Sewer
- Water Main and Fire Protection System
- Fire Lane Access
- WDNR Permitting
- Overall Site Grading
- Erosion Control
Kapur & Associates completed the wetland delineation and Ordinary High Water Mark Survey and provided all permitting services, including Chapter 30 and Wetland Water Quality Certification, for work that improved a nearby degraded waterway. A multi-phase WPDES/Notice of Intent for demolition and reconstruction that took place with this project was also completed.
