Miller Park SEWPBPD WPDES Oversight

Kapur provides management and oversight of the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District’s (SEWPBPD) DNR regulated Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) permit activities per NR 216, Wisconsin Administrative Code.
The Miller Park grounds contain numerous major outfalls that drain into the Menomonee River (portions of which are 303(d) listed). Kapur provides oversight, management and monitoring activities pertaining to the Baseball Park District’s WPDES General Permit specifically relating to the public education and outreach program, monitoring major outfalls for illicit discharge detection, completing stormwater pond inspections, establishing measurable goals to meet permit regulations, writing and submitting annual reports to the DNR, anticipating financial needs and providing fiscal analysis, and meeting with regulatory staff.
