USH 41 Freeway
Conversion
Brown/Oconto counties, WI
Corridor planning and design for the $24 million freeway conversion of 11 miles of USH 41 north of Green Bay, WI. The project included:
- Planning.
- Design of three interchanges.
- Four grade separation structures.
- Twenty-two miles of new frontage roads.
- Four specifications and construction bid documents.
- Ten structure survey reports for waterway and grade crossings.
- Drainage analysis and design.
The project also included a Type II environmental document, design study report, extensive public involvement with three public informational meetings, newsletters and a public hearing.
