Civil engineering design services for the 80-acre parcel included:
- Reconstruction of the entire campus roadway system.
- 180-car parking lot.
- Storm sewer reconstruction and design.
- Overall site grading.
- Erosion control.
This project also included an 8-lane running track complete with a rubberized surface, shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, pole vault, and an 8-court tennis facility.
An extensive underground drainage system was installed at the running track and tennis court facility. Football field re-crowning was also included.
