Kapur-provided services:
- Provided WisDOT with platting of all legs of interchange in largest project in state history.
- Established the horizontal and vertical control networks that were used by all surveyors and contractors throughout construction.
- Right-of-Way determination.
- 400 borings and static load test locations documented.
Awards Achieved:
- Technology Project Team award for innovative use of Technology. Topographic mapping was achieved by laser allowing data to be captured in live traffic and in unoccupiable locations.
- 220 parcels researched, 45 parcels acquired.
- Records research went beyond Title searched - jurisdictional transfers, street & alley vacations.
- Creation of street vacation and relocation documents.
- Utility mapping required intense system map evaluation and datum shifts.
